INDAH Court residents in Bandar Sunway heaved a sigh of relief as neighbouring developer Jurus Positif has agreed to help them apply for their strata titles as part of its condition to develop Nadayu 28, a three-block condominium located next to their premises.
Subang Jaya assemblyman Hannah Yeoh said it was one of the many conditions given to Jurus Positif in a mutual agreement with the residents.
“We have held seven dialogues between Jurus Positif and the residents here in the last three years to discuss a settlement.
“Their long-standing strata title issue was brought to the forefront as its original developer could not be contacted.
“Now, with this agreement, Subang Jaya Municipal Council (MPSJ) has agreed to only issue the certificate of fitness for Nadayu 28 after Indah Court residents have received their strata titles,” she said.
She said among the other conditions were the construction of a four-storey carpark with asurauon the fifth level whereSurau An Nur Shahirohwill be relocated to make way for the new development, a covered walkway from the apartment to the carpark, repainting the exterior of the apartment, repairing the sub switchboards, sewerage and water systems, lighting up the area and installing new clothes line.
